All okeygames accounts operate in Philippine Peso. Deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Coins.ph are subject to standard processing terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the qualifying deposit.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," "you") and okeygames ("okeygames," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the okeygames website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or playing any game on okeygames, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the okeygames Platform and close your account.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an okeygames account and to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This requirement is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations and the policies of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. okeygames does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Access to the Platform from outside the Philippines is at the user's own legal risk.
2.3 Verification. okeygames reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age, identity, location, and source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
2.4 Exclusion of Minors. If okeygames determines at any point that a Member is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited. okeygames takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously.
3.1 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person may register only one (1) okeygames account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or using proxies on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited without recourse.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. okeygames is not responsible for losses or delays caused by inaccurate registration information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okeygames login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Immediately notify okeygames support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Transfer. okeygames accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okeygames currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Coins.ph, and USDT. Accepted methods are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ₱50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. okeygames does not charge internal deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. okeygames processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in our FAQ. okeygames is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or Philippine banking holidays.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. okeygames complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments. okeygames may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account at any time. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. okeygames reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after this period, as permitted by applicable law, and will notify the registered account holder prior to deducting any such fees.
5.1 General. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by okeygames are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse & Fraud. okeygames reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, use of automated betting patterns, or any form of collusive or fraudulent behaviour in connection with a promotional offer.
5.4 Modifications. okeygames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued by Members who have legitimately commenced satisfaction of wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the okeygames Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that renders a game result invalid, okeygames reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. okeygames is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
6.3 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the okeygames system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. This applies to all game types including live casino, slots, bingo, and fishing games.
6.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. okeygames reserves the right to correct obvious errors in displayed odds, payout rates, or game configurations. Bets placed on the basis of a manifest error may be voided at okeygames' sole discretion.

All content on the okeygames Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, graphics, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of okeygames or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of okeygames content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, okeygames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 okeygames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okeygames' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

okeygames reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct; (c) failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; (d) at the Member's own request. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable deductions for rule violations) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must contact okeygames support via live chat or email within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. okeygames will investigate the matter and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. If you remain unsatisfied with okeygames' resolution, you may escalate the matter through applicable Philippine regulatory channels.
okeygames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
