3.3 Financial Information

We collect information necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals, including your GCash registered mobile number, Maya (PayMaya) account details, bank account names and numbers (for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), or cryptocurrency wallet addresses where applicable. okeygames does not store full card numbers or CVV codes; card payment data is handled directly by our payment service providers under PCI-DSS compliance.

6. Sharing Your Information

8. Data Retention

okeygames retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AMLA record-keeping requirements. Gaming activity logs and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years as mandated by applicable law. Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of the account relationship plus five years post-closure. You may request deletion of your account and personal data subject to our retention obligations under applicable law — please contact our DPO for such requests.

9. Data Security

11. Children's Privacy

The okeygames Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) and above. okeygames does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If okeygames becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected data from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all data deleted, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has registered on okeygames, please contact us immediately.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

okeygames may transfer your personal data to service providers and partners located outside the Philippines, including game providers and technology infrastructure providers operating in other jurisdictions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
